Pitch decks & investor materials

Pitch deck design service for founders raising their next round

We build the narrative first, then the slides. KV Digitals is a Cambridge studio that turns messy traction, metrics and ambition into an investor deck that holds up under scrutiny — usually a first draft in about two weeks.

How it works

A four-step process, run by the two people doing the work

01

Narrative session

A 60-minute working session on your market, wedge, traction and raise. We leave with the storyline an investor needs to follow.

02

Structure & copy

We write the slide-by-slide argument first — problem, solution, why now, market, model, traction, team, ask — before any design happens.

03

Design & data visuals

Typography, layout and charts built to your brand, so financials and metrics read clearly on a screen share and in a printout.

04

Handover & revisions

Editable source files, a PDF export and two rounds of revisions so you can keep iterating between investor meetings.

What you get

Deliverables in every engagement

Everything is handed over in editable form. You keep the files, the fonts and the ability to update a number the night before a meeting.

  • 10–15 slide investor deck
  • Narrative and slide copy
  • Custom data visualisations
  • Editable source files
  • Print and screen PDF exports

Questions

Pitch deck design, answered

How much does a pitch deck design service cost?
Projects are scoped per raise. A seed-stage deck typically covers narrative, design and two revision rounds as a fixed-fee engagement; we quote after a short discovery call so there are no hourly surprises.
How long does it take?
Most founders have a first full draft in about two weeks from the narrative session, with revisions wrapping the week after.
Do you write the content or just design it?
Both. We structure the argument and write the slide copy with you, then design around it. A deck that only looks good rarely survives investor questions.
What do I need to bring?
Whatever you have — an old deck, a memo, metrics exports or just a conversation. We handle turning it into a coherent story.
